Election of Madison

When James Madison became president of the united states he had some problems with some horrible over seas relations.The war between Britain and France made many things that people couldnt do to the americans because the Britains didnt want americans trading with France acting under the "Orders in council." Many americans also thought the british were persuing the indian resistance so the relations were getting more terrible than before. James Madison wanted to wage war on England for many reasons. After many weeks Congress let the war begin.
